paid internship can’t get much better for a summer job
The Lovell Historical Society is seeking applicants for its summer internship program! An interest in history is preferred, but not necessary. This is a great opportunity to learn about the community, event planning, and nonprofit management!
General Information: The internship is for
8 weeks beginning around June 11th. Salary
is $3,000. Hours of work are Tuesdays & Wednesdays 9am to 4pm, Saturdays 9am to 12pm, plus two Sunday events.
Responsibilities: Help organize the Society’s collection; learn the museum software program; assist with event planning; conduct research; assist with general office tasks.
Eligibility: Applicants must be college students
or recent high school graduates with matriculation plans for Fall of 2024. Both local and summer residents are encouraged to apply.
