I’m late to post, but my first wedding of the season was an absolute dream! Ben & Alexa had the most amazing weekend in Milwaukee celebrating with family and friends. It was such a blast to be a part of their day! 💕

It’s time for Fun Fact Friday! 🤗

Do you know why the bride stands on the left side of the altar? The tradition dates back all the way to the Middle Ages! Grooms would keep their sword fighting 🤺right hand open for combat to protect the bride, who was often kidnapped before the wedding. Who knew?! 🤯

It’s been a while - so I thought I’d re introduce myself!

I’m Grace, the one behind Smile Events. I took some much needed time off last year to enjoy my pregnancy and get ready to become a family of three (five with our two dogs 🐶 🐶).

I am so excited though to get my 2023 season started - it’s one of my biggest years yet! I’m looking forward to working with all of my clients and their vendors for their big days! 💍🥂💒
