The hardest thing to capture is intimacy.
It takes a lot to be open and vulnerable. Not only in front of the camera but in front your family and friends. When you put your trust in us and let go of your inhibitions, raw and magical moments like these happen, and they are priceless.

It is often where you can see a couples personality shine. Take this hand crafted Pokémon ring box the groom built for his bride. These subtle moments tell a much larger story of who you are and how you came to be.

Today marks 34 trips around the sun!
24 of those trips were spent on my own. Always climbing, ever searching. Until one day I reached what felt like a peak in my life and who would be standing there but my soulmate.
9 trips around the sun with you by my side and we continue that climb. It may be my birthday but on this day I am feeling grateful to have another one to spend with you!
Only 112 days until I go from Miss to Mrs!
Looking forward to this weekend because not only is it my birthday weekend BUT I will be doing a site visit to our wedding venue with to nail down our wedding design!
The forecast may say rain but that won’t stop this parade!

We often get caught up in life and all the things that may not be going our way. I fully believe in embracing your sad days and allowing the emotions to roll through you, but just like an ocean wave you need to release that energy and take a moment to reflect on the good.
I am grateful for:
•My children and all the smiles they bring to my face.
•My partner, in business and in love, for being my best friend.
•My health, which a year ago was crashing and how far I’ve healed with simply saying “I matter too”.
•Chicfila and the happy dance I do every time I eat it.

Is it tent season yet?!?
Show me a venue with a good tent and I automatically fall in love! I don’t know what it is about a sail tent reception that brings a smile to my face. Maybe it’s the open air, or the wooden accents, but whatever it is they always hold a special place in my heart.
Our favorite moments are the quiet moments…
Some photographers love the loud and messy moments but for us it’s a secret meeting in the stairs, a stolen kiss when no one is looking, a moment that may have otherwise gone unnoticed that we love most.
