Chef Joe's story began from childhood where he drew inspiration from his Uncle John. Uncle John worked as a chef on a ship that did imports around the world. When he was offshore he showcased his talents at home in Cameroon to his family. This is when Uncle John caught Chef Joe's interest in baking.Chef Joe was intrigued on how Uncle John baked and he took upon himself to start learning the crafts

of baking. Chef Joe has his uncle to thank for opening the door to a successful career thus far. Chef Joe has his family and close friends to thank for their undying support over the years. His passion does not only focus in baking, he also offers a wide range of cuisines from African, gourmet and pastry.
