Taco Holler Food Truck & Catering

Taco Holler Food Truck & Catering Taco Holler cares about healthy food at an honest price. During the Kentucky State Fair of 2016, the idea of Taco Holler was birthed.

Brandon Pennington and I share a mutual love of tacos and began thinking of what a mountain taco (Appalachian Hand Sandwich) would consist of. We acknowledged that the Appalachian people are resourceful people and their tacos would be simple, healthy, and delicous. The idea sat dormant for almost a year, until my dear friend, Robert Gipe, met with Kristin Smith and invited me to eat at the Wrigley

. After that, Taco Holler became real. With love, patience, research, and hardwork Taco Holler is finally coming together and happening.

Cant say enough good things about the folks who travel this road with me.
2024 was a year of growth. Not only has our prep staff grown, but weā€™ve met so many wonderful people hiring for our seated plated services.
We did new things, new recipes, new venuesā€¦growing and learning together.
Thank you.
This adventure would not be possible without all the helping hands. šŸ½ļø

We still have one more big gig to go, but 2024 is almost in the books and it would not have been possible had it not been for the amazing folks I have working beside me.

So, this year we decided to have a Taco Holler Christmas Party at the best place to eat. I was going to say local, but the quality and creativity of this food doesnā€™t just limit it to being the best food in the area or regionā€¦ noā€¦.this food is hands down better than most of the food I have ever paid to eat. Period. Anywho, I wanted these folks to experience The Wrigley Taproom & Eatery for themselves so we got a little fancy!

We couldnā€™t be awesome without yā€™all! Thanks, Sky, Pam, Magen, Lena, Rose, and Caleb & Seth for being there for all the craziness. And a special shout out for additional contract workers that do special jobs when needed like Leslie.
