Getting A Texas Marriage License
Couples apply at a County Clerks office
Both must have a Valid DL and Social Security Card
Both must be at least 18yrs old
Price varies from county to county
There is a 72hr wait from the day the license is issued till the ceremony is performed
Marriage license is valid for 90 days
Marriage license must be returned to the County Clerks office within 30days of wedding
