Good Evening, I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude.

First and foremost, I want to thank everyone who has booked our services in the past, as well as those who have booked us for upcoming months and next year. I also appreciate those who refer us to others; it is highly valued. I am grateful even for those who request quotes, as we are considered an option during their caterer selection process.

There seems to be a misunderstanding regarding the booking process, and I would like to clarify the details so everyone is on the same page.

When a quote is requested, I, Patricia, will provide it as promptly as possible. After receiving the quote, you have the option to proceed with booking or decline. Please be assured that there is no pressure from my end. However, when booking, a non-refundable booking fee is required, which will be applied to your balance. The booking fee is typically 10% of the total cost. (A $100 booking promotion is available until 1/18/2025.) The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the event.

Please note that if the deposit fee is not completed, the date will not be secured, and you cannot hold me responsible for its unavailability six months later. I expect respectful communication and will not tolerate disrespect moving forward. I strive to maintain positive relationships with all clients and deserve courteous treatment.
