✨ A Hard Pause, Not the End ✨
I’ve made the incredibly difficult decision to close the restaurant. This chapter of Salt By Angie is ending—not because the dream is gone, but because I need to step back, regroup, and get stronger for what’s next.
The vision is still alive. The dream is still wild. But this specific project needs to rest so I can return to what I really love and do best—curating over-the-top catering experiences, throwing unforgettable events, hosting intimate Chef’s Tables, and getting back into competition mode.
If you know me, you know I’m not one to play it safe or keep things small. I’ve worked so hard, learned even harder lessons, and given this everything I had. And while the business side hit me with some realities I wasn’t prepared for, the joy, the creativity, the fire—that’s still burning.
Salt By Angie is still here. Still bold. Still extra. Still full of flavor and full of love for this amazing community that has wrapped their arms around me time and time again. I’m not going away. I’m coming back to my roots—with more intention, more fun, and a whole lot of heart.
