I love this trend, but one thing that our bride did that took it a step further was put their names, anniversary, and their relationship to the couple on a card in front of them. This is a great idea for the guests to know who is in the pictures.

Private dinner ✨
This is something I always suggest to the couple. Here are just a few benefits
• You actually get to eat! Sometimes nerves don’t allow you to eat before the wedding. This is a good time to get some food before you dance the night away
• On a day that is all about your union, sometimes the moments of just you two are so limited. This allows you a moment to soak it up.
• It gives a time to bustle the dress. Normally, it’s the grand entrance and dances right after so after your dinner we can get you bustled and ready to hit the dance floor!
This was one of my favorite private dinner setups! We set up dinner then had their sunset pictures. The sun shining through the barn made for some gorgeous pictures!

I’m Ashley! The person behind RANE Designs. I don’t show my face very often 🙃 but I figured it was time to reintroduce myself!
•I’m a coach’s wife and a mom of two - Nolan and Annie. When you put all of our names together, you get RANE! (Well, technically, the E comes from mine and Annie’s middle name since we already had an A)
•They are my biggest supporters and the reason I am chasing this dream of mine.
•I have been obsessed with weddings for as long as I can remember. My favorite movie of all time is The Wedding Planner. I can literally watch it on repeat.
•Being your wedding planner or coordinator is such an honor! And we will do everything in our power to make sure it is perfect!

While I love a beautiful heel, there is nothing wrong with wearing comfortable shoes. You are on your feet all day long!! Many brides will wear heels for the ceremony and want to change afterward. But when is the perfect time to do this? We usually do this when we bustle the dress!

Wedding Emergency Bag
Our emergency bag got an upgrade! I love the pearl letters! 😍
We bring this baby to EVERY wedding! We look like Mary Poppins when we start pulling things out of it, but we like to be prepared!
Need bandaids because your heels have rubbed blisters ✔️
Need some body tape because your dress is not holding in that one spot ✔️
Need a steamer because you pulled your dress out of the bag and it’s covered in wrinkles ✔️
Need a sewing kit because your dress just ripped ✔️ (we have even sewn people in their dress because the zipper broke! 😅)
If it happens, we have something to fix it in our emergency day bag!

Grand exits✨
I love a good grand exit, but let me fill you in on a little secret- most of them are not at the end of the night! Most photographers and videographers are only there for a certain amount of time. If you want them to capture it, plan for a fake exit! Make sure the DJ lets your guest know that it is fake so the party doesn’t end.
As a planner and coordinator, this is just one of the many things we coordinate to ensure it is picture-perfect!
