Good evening Lubbock,

This Friday 10/11 we will be selling our delicious pulled pork sandwich combos for $12.

Combo comes with a slow smoked pulled pork sandwich served with our signature sauce, chips, can soda, and a home made cookie all for only $12. As usual, however, if you pre-order by Thursday 10/10 before 8pm your delicious combo will only be $10!

Drink choices are Coke, DP, Big Red, and Water.

Coleslaw may be added on to the sandwich for an additional $0.50

Our jerky is slow smoked with a blend of pecan, oak, and cherry instead of using a dehydrator and therefore is more on the tender side.

We sell 4oz bags for $10 each, and I have a few bags of the following flavors available today.

Sweet and Spicy - Starts off sweet and innocent, but slowly starts to burn towards the end. The more you eat the spicier it gets.

Honey Garlic Lemon Pepper - Sweet with a little tanginess. (One of my personal favorites)

Salt N Pepper - Name says it all. Salty and Peppery. Goes great with ci**rs to bring out the peppery notes

This week we will be offering our deliciously smoked and tender brisket in the form of chopped beef sandwiches.

The lunch combo will consist of 1 chopped beef sandwich, bag of chips, 12 oz canned soda (Coke, Big Red, Dr Pepper, or Water) and homemade banana pudding all for only $12!

But just like this week, if you pre-order by Thursday 6/14 at 7pm it will be only $10! Additionally, every order will get your name entered into a drawing for a free whole smoked brisket to be delivered on Father's Day! Winner will be announced Friday 6/14 at 3pm live on Facebook.

So get your orders placed today. Group orders are welcomed as well.

Hey Lubbock,

We're back! This Friday, June 7th, we will be featuring our Pulled Pork Sandwich Combo.

The combo will consist of our deliciously smoked pulled pork sandwich (specify with or without coleslaw when ordering) along with our house-made sauce, bag of chips, can coke and a homemade chocolate chip cookie all for only $12.

We will be accepting same day orders, but If you pre-order from now until Thursday 6/6 by 7pm, it will only be $10 per combo.

Happy Mother's Day! Uncle Ricky's Lubbock is celebrating one of the most special days of the year by gifting a smoked to Perfection Brisket to 1 Lubbock mother. We have the absolute best reviews and guarantee deliciousness!

Today and tomorrow, we have 1, 2, or 3 meat plates for sale.

1 meat and 2 sides -$15
2 meat and 2 sides -$20
3 meat and 2 sides -$25

Meat choices are brisket, spare ribs, and jalapeno cheddar sausage.

The sides are our famous mac & cheese and pinto beans. We will also have some delicious banana pudding available for an additional $5. Get them before we sell out.

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday we will be serving BBQ plates. You may choose 1 meat, 2 meat, or 3 meat plates. All plates will come with 2 sides, consisting of our famous mac & cheese and pinto beans. Meat choices: Brisket, Spare Ribs, or Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage. The dessert choice will be the delicious banana pudding for an additional $5

1 Meat Plate will be $15
2 Meat Plates will be $20
3 Meat Plates will be $25

In addition, for Mother's Day, we will be offering our whole smoked brisket for $135, which will also come with a free large dessert! If brisket isn't mom's thing, no worries, as we will also be accepting orders for whole racks of ribs as well for $30 each. Orders of 3 or more racks of ribs will also come with a free large dessert.

Limited spots are available for whole briskets, so place your orders today before it's too late. And a very Happy Mother's Day for all the wonderful mothers out there. Thank you for all you do!

Hey Lubbock, due to popular demand we are going to open orders up twice this week on Wednesday and Friday.

Wednesday's menu will consist of the new fan favorite Hot Honey Chicken Tender Plate!

The plate will include 3 hot honey chicken tenders, our famous mac and cheese, and green beans. The dessert choice will of course be strawberry shortcake.

Friday's menu will feature our Carne Guisada Plate, in honor of Cinco de Mayo.
The plate will consist of a serving of tender delicious carne guisada, flavorful pinto beans, spanish rice, 1 homemade tortilla, and salsa. The dessert choice will be tres leche cake.

Both plate options are only $15 and the dessert choices are $5. Additional tortillas: $1 each. Be sure to get your orders in ASAP. Orders for Wednesday will close by 7pm on Tuesday. Orders for Friday will close by 7pm on Thursday.

Pre-payment is required to secure all orders. There will be a $3 delivery charge for orders under $30.

With the NFL draft beginning this Thursday evening, we'll also be selling our highly coveted bacon wrapped chicken bits and jalapeno poppers for your draft parties.

$20 for a dozen of poppers or chicken bits. But trust us, you're gonna want both!

Orders for Day 1 of the draft must be in and paid for by noon on Thursday 4/25

Orders for Day 2 of the draft must be in and paid for by noon on Friday 4/26

Orders for Day 3 of the draft must be in and paid for by 7pm Friday 4/26

If you missed us last week, you don't want to miss us this week, as we are introducing our newest menu item. Hot Honey Chicken Tenders! A little sweet, a little heat, and a lot of flavor.

Place your orders for Friday. Plates will include 3 hot honey tenders, our famous mac and cheese, creamy mashed potatoes, and a roll for only $15!

We'll also have dessert available for an additional $5. Strawberry Shortcake.
