Despite thousands of signatures from an online petition to officially make this game a blue out, Texas Tech has decided to abstain.
So we've decided to take this into our own hands. We believe that our fallen officer and his family should be honored at Texas Tech's football game this Saturday! We are encouraging everybody in attendance to WEAR BLUE!
We are putting aside our traditions, our pride, and our normal game day attire to recognize his service and sacrifice.
