Thank you to the board, volunteers, and vendors that came together to create a magical night raising funds for Casa kids of Lea County.

I'm partnering with Meegan the Vegan and have had a blast creating some vegan versions of Southern Holiday Comfort Food (and one exotic spin on a vegetable stew). I have to say, the green bean casserole is something I'm exceptionally proud of. You'd never know it wasn't the dish you've loved for years!
