Tammy,
Over this past weekend my husband and I attended my brother’s wedding. I was in the party and now know why some people get stressed out by being involved in such an event.
I had no schedule, was asked to “follow the schedule”, and when I finally saw one I wasn’t even listed on it. I was pulled in multiple directions and the coordinator they had yelled at most of the party members. (It was a running joke to sprint down the aisle after the ceremony was done to “avoid getting yelled at more”)
This coordinator didn’t communicate in a way that made people feel valued or comfortable. They even prided themselves on “I know you hate me right now, I’m the bad guy”.
We pulled you onto our team pretty late in the game and you went above and beyond for us. Meeting us in Midland, coordinating the schedule, coordinating with the venue and vendors, and handling last minute requests! You were our “good guy” and we knew we could count on you.
Our videographer said that our wedding was more fun than any other that he’s been to-including his own! We get countless compliments on how smooth our day was and how fun. We have you to thank for that!
You were invaluable and we missed you this last weekend 😂 you do a truly incredible job and made such a comfortable atmosphere. We wish you could coordinate our daily lives!!
