One of the questions I get most often is What should I wear? To which I answer, outfits that make you feel Confident & Comfortable. Seems like a general answer but it's the truth, forcing yourself into an outfit will not only make you uncomfortable but it will affect your confidence as well. If your shirt is snug on your arms, you tend to focus on that by constantly adjusting it and we don’t want avoid that and keep your energy high.

To get more specific about wardrobe, know your brand style. Your brand is a combination of your messaging, style, values and aesthetic of your ideal client . Here are 3 wardrobe suggestions to consider for your next session.

✨Professional—What you would wear for speaking engagements. (ie. blouse, blazer, slacks, skirt, or dress)
✨Smart Casual —What you would wear when working with clients. (ie. blazer, jeans, blouse, or a colored khaki pant)
✨Comfort casual—What you would wear when working from home. (ie. leisure wear, jeans, and t-shirt)

See, easy breezy! Don’t overthink it add stress by over complicating it. Just add your accessories, incorporate your brand colors, and add a little makeup and that’s it.
