Beep Beep: Roughneck or Bust! It’s move in day! 🚛🔥

Let’s go over what today looks like for cooks:

Entry and Setup:

Early Move-In: Move-in begins at 5 PM. Only major sponsors have the privilege to move in before this time (1pm-4pm). If you're interested in becoming a major sponsor with early access, sponsorship levels are available at $1,000, $1,500, and $2,500.

Sponsors: Please Check in at Museum. Stakes with Sponsor Signs will be provided to you to mark your space.

General Move-In: For all other participants, please adhere to the 5 PM start time. This means No One other than sponsors parks in or marks any grassy areas until this time. You will be asked to move if you attempt to do this before 5pm. We are trying to respect our downtown businesses, and it is the least we can for them. Remember, spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please only take up the space you need to avoid adjustments. Shifting your whole camp would not be fun for any of us.

Respect: We value our volunteers deeply and expect all participants to treat them with respect. We have had a few issues the last couple of years and that will no longer be tolerated. Any cook found being rude or aggressive towards volunteers will be asked to leave immediately. Our goal is a fun and friendly environment, and we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining this atmosphere. This goes for the Whole Event, not just move in day!

No, You do NOT have to move in today! We have cooks that trickle in at different times, even up to Saturday morning. No pressure for early move ins.
