FABULOUS catering this evening with an incredible group of people! I didn’t get as many pics as I wanted, but I was very pleased with the results. Spinach artichoke balls, buffalo chicken and jalapeño popper dip, crostini bread, Parmesan twists, a variety of charcuterie platters on my new trays (LOVE THEM!), tomato mozzarella and basil skewers with a balsamic glaze.

The vibe was wonderful, and this gig definitely felt like serving family rather than work! Merry Christmas Alfredo and John, thank you for thinking of me this holiday season!🥰🎄

This shepherd’s pie crust…WOW! I definitely don’t miss the potatoes in this shepherd’s pie that went out today! Roasted butternut squash, carrots, Celery root, jicama, radishes, rutabaga and onion with a ground beef, ground lamb, onion, portabella mushroom, garlic, onion, smoked Gouda, pea and carrot filling! Sooooo good and low carb! Pair that with our garden salad (we don’t do iceberg here! Lol) and homemade ranch! It was DELISH!!! It’s a keeper!
