Friends,
We are saddened by the recent news of the event center being placed up for sale. Please rest assured all reservations and future reservations will not be affected. We will continue to book events until 31st. Our contract will end the last day in January whether the event center is sold or not. If you have questions please contact me at 956-966-0578.

We are extatic to introduce to you Lyford's community venue, "The Common Element". We are Yesenia and Judy, the proud owners of this well known historic site known as "The Dew Drop". Our picturesque venue will not only house your special events but also appease the sweet tooth in the A.M. with our Pastry & Coffee shop. For your body's health in mind, start your day with a Zumba class and continue burning calories with our healthy shakes.
