We sell flowers every day of the week from our walk-in "self-service" cooler that is open to the public. Folks can buy flowers by the bunch, pre-mixed bouquets, mason jar arrangements or get in touch with us about a custom order. We are open March- October (or first frost) from 9 am to 6 pm. If there is no one at the farm don't worry as it is self service and there are shopping instructions. Whene

ver the garden gates are open feel free to check out what's growing and enjoy the peace and quiet of nature.

Pick-Your-Own Tulips Night happening this Saturday (April 5th) from 5:30-6:30 pm! 🌷

$35 for a reusable cup to pick into! 2 kids (under 12) can come for free for the price of one cup. 🤸

We’re just finishing up planting tulips, taking time to rest, and enjoying time off social media. Go out and support a local business today, if you can.

There’s something new and exciting happening on the farm 🤍

Ben (founder and co-owner of ISF ) has started a tuberose business with the help of his 6 grandchildren (3 more will join the team when they’re old enough 😉)

The Lil Cousins are growing heirloom tuberoses right here in Lynchburg and selling the tubers each spring, shipping nation wide.

If you have never smelled a tuberose before, you’re missing out. The waxy sweet florets have been used to make enchanting oils and perfumes. The scent is luxurious and their presence in the garden is stately and unique!

We are calling volunteers to help us plant ranunculus. Come and learn about this beautiful spring flower and get to know some other green- thumbed folks. We’ll give each volunteer a couple corms at the end of the day to try to grow in their own garden 🌿

Last year we had so many folks wanting to bring their little ones along for the experience that we’ve decided to host “kids nights” where 2 children are included for free with the price of 1 cup.

There will also be regular pick-your-own nights that are 8+ for those that want to come with friends and partners and enjoy the birdsong and the peace of the garden together.

We don’t have many red white, and blue bouquets, but we have a gorgeous variety in the flower cooler right now!

Lisianthus has arrived about 3 weeks ahead of schedule and we’re not mad about it 🤍

We’ll have the first bunches in the cooler this weekend and some tucked into bouquets but we’ll have more and more over the next few weeks and then have a second flush again in August.

We will miss seeing your happy faces there each Saturday but we will return in August with summer blooms like lisianthus, zinnias, dahlias and cosmos.

You can also come and get flowers directly from the farm during our normal hours till early October.

We are committed to the benefit that nature and the garden brings to us. We believe that the garden awakens our best selves, teaches us through its cycles, and and hints at the infinite that swirls in and around us.

We simply sell cut flowers. Life is enriched by including flowers in the spaces where we live and work.
