January is usually the time where we have a moment to breathe after a busy fall wedding season that goes directly into an even busier holiday catering season.

This January though, you guys have kept us busy! Volunteer banquets, celebrations of life and tastings for new clients have filled our books!

We are grateful to be busy during what should be our slow time. Thank you!

Our Chicken Marsala and Beef Stroganoff were the stars of a recent holiday event we catered. These two entrees were paired perfectly with our string beans and roasted potatoes and really wowed the crowd!

December was AMAZING! You left us exhausted but grateful!

Eleven big events in fifteen days. Ten corporate events and a baby shower.

Thank you to everyone who supported our locally owned, female owned and operated business!

We even had to turn down some jobs because we were so booked. We have one client from this list who has already booked us for next December, it's never too early to secure your date!

Thank you again and we will see you in 2025!

One thing people always remember about a wedding is the food! Sara and David made sure that their guests had a ton of options and no one left hungry!

With a taco bar, tons of appetizers, a wall of drinks and a waffle food truck, there was something for everyone!

It’s almost time for Thanksgiving! Before that though, many people celebrate Friendsgiving with people who aren’t blood related but sure seem like family!

Firehouse4Venue is the perfect setting for a rehearsal dinner and we were excited to cater a taco bar there last week!

Fun decor, lots of places to lounge, tons of firefighting memorabilia, along with an attentive and hospitable owner, made Firehouse 4 a great place to celebrate before Tim and Rebecca’s big day!

It’s no secret that we are theatre fans so we were very excited to be part of the Masterworx Theater Inc. 10-year gala celebration!

Past cast members, crew, staff and friends gathered to reminisce, swap stories, watch performances and of course, eat delicious food!

Congratulations to 10 years and here’s to the next 10!

We are loving all the different types of jobs we have had this year!

We recently had the pleasure of providing breakfast for the Vespa Club of Lynchburg as they hosted a fundraiser for the United Way of Central Virginia.

Hosted at Three Roads Brewing - BURG it was a morning full of scooters, friends and food!

What an amazing weekend! Four events in two days left us all thankful for so many fun experiences but totally exhausted.

Two of our events were at the Overland Expo East 2024, a gathering of thousands with all things outdoor and adventure!

We were incredibly honored to provide the food for the fireside chat for Toyota and the after party at the Honda tent.

Both events were packed full of fun, music, food and lots of dogs! Enjoy some pictures of the food, the people, the stunning sunsets and of course, the dogs!

Last week we had a HUGE undertaking. Feed 500 hungry people as they gathered for South Poll Grass Cattle Association National Field Day.

It took weeks of planning, days and days of preparation, hours upon hours of cooking and in a blink of an eye everyone was through the serving lines and full of delicious food.

The folks there were all so nice and we heard nothing but kind and gracious words from them.

We had one of the largest crew of staff we have had in a long time, 21 of us in total. It’s hard to pinpoint what the best part of the day was, the blue grass band, seeing all the cows, our staff having a blast on the tree swing or chatting with the friendly people who had traveled from all over the United States to be there but we can safely say that a great time was had by all!

Thank you to Windy Acres Farm for trusting us with their event. This was one for the books!

We are so excited to share our big news with you...we have moved!

We searched and searched for somewhere to be the new home of Friends and we are beyond excited to be in Lynchburg, right on Timberlake Road!

For almost seven years Friends has been in Madison Heights but now with this new location we are accessible to ALL of the Central Virginia area.

What does this mean for our clients? Only good things! We can get to venues faster, clients can drop off payments and you can even stop in to say hi!

We are hoping to do a ribbon cutting when our new sign arrives, have a charcuterie giveaway and maybe even some tours of the place! Keep your eyes open for all of that fun stuff!

It's been a year of big changes but we are happy to finally be settled right where we belong.

After catering the rehearsal dinner last night and a full breakfast spread this morning for the bridal party we caught this moment of calm before a full day of wedding festivities!

Later today, it’ll be a grazing table for 100 people and dinner to follow. We can’t wait to share pictures with you!
