It is with a heavy heart that I announce the temporary closure of Bounce About. This decision has not been easy, but it is necessary due to personal circumstances that require my full attention and care.
Recently, my daughter was involved in an accident that has required extensive medical care and my constant presence. She will be undergoing an additional surgery next week, followed by a recovery period of over 12 weeks. As a parent, my primary responsibility is to my family, and during this challenging time, I need to focus on her recovery and well-being.
We understand the impact this closure has on your plans and the disappointment it may cause. We are currently working out the details of this transition and will keep you informed as we have more information. Our team is in the process of contacting each party with upcoming reservations to offer an alternative venue option or to discuss refunds.
In addition, we are pleased to inform you that we are in discussions with a potential buyer who is interested in taking over Bounce About. We hope these negotiations will be successful and that Bounce About will reopen its doors to the community soon. Any existing gift cards or memberships should be honored once the new buyer takes over operations, but we will provide all relevant details as soon as they are available.
I have been receiving a high volume of calls and messages and am doing my best to respond to everyone as quickly as possible. Please know that I am not ignoring anyone, but my plate is currently very full. I appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
