LADIEEEES AND GENTLEMEN! It's Friday!
(We don't have the budget for music, so just imagine a Johnny Carson/ Price is Right combo mix. Peppy, light, exciting.)
+ We must once again express our admiration for and to those Early A.M. Sidewalkers, steaming along like the Little Engine that Could as they get in some heart healthy exercise before dawn's early light. This Keep Them Feet a Moving message unknowingly brought to you by PeaceHealth Lynden Clinic, bring the best in medicine to North Whatcom County.
+ Our thanks to the The Muljat Group North crew for the Curt Maberry Memorial Classic 3-on-3 Tournament at the Northwest Raspberry Festival pre-pre planning meeting yesterday, which led to us dreaming of Curt Maberry Farm raspberries and a bowl of ice cream when our head hit the pillow, hence todays photo from the Lynden Chamber website.
And no, we did not eat the pillow... this time.

+ Going to be even cooler tonight and tomorrow evening, so please be sure those foundation vents are covered up to avoid giving Best of Lynden award winner Van's Plumbing and Electric, Inc. a ring when the pipes are frozen. They don't mind coming out if they can, but they and you would prefer normal operating hours, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday - Friday.

+ El Ranchito Mexican Family Restaurant for a January supper might be in order to keep the evening chills away. Open until 10 p.m Friday and Saturday, for dine in or take out, located at the Lynden Towne (with an "e") Plaza, just east of Great Clips in Lynden Town Center.
Hmmmmm..... to "e" or not to "e", that is the question

+ Made your summer reservations for the Lynden / Bellingham KOA yet? For you folks new to Lynden, there are a significant number of north Whatcom County folks who enjoy bringing the family RV to the Lynden KOA, getting a spot, and relaxing like one is far away, but close enough to run to the house for the can opener should the need arise. Book now, relax later!

+ Little ice melter for sidewalks can be helpful, but you may want avoid a heavy dose of melter or salt. Both will melt the slippery stuff, HOWEVER it can also cause your concrete to pock and crack the top smooth surface. When the ice starts to melt, the water that soaks in the concrete could refreeze and expand when the temperature drops, which can cause tiny cracks or pocking.
Brought to you also unknowingly by Asphalt NW, provider of quality paved surfaces in Whatcom County and beyond. Be sure to call today for an estimate on your project and to get on the spring and summer schedule!

AS WE DO on occasion, we're taking this post in a different, more personal direction this a.m., though we certainly want you shopping in Lynden, and dining in Lynden, and visiting in Lynden, but today is a special day, if you would join with us in giving her a little love, it would be most appreciated.
This little cutey who puts a smile on our face is turning 2 today, and as we can't give her a hug in person nor communicate by heating pad, by the power vested in us, which is none but she doesn't know that, we hereby declare today to be MISS GEORGIA GRACE BIRTHDAY DAY, and award her the key to the city, which we think is in a drawer in the kitchen marked "City", or it may be marked "Keep", but we have a half dozen or so of those "keep" keys, which we've kept, but aren't sure why or what they are for.
Plus she'll put that dang thing in her mouth, so...

Anyway, to the Lil Peach who makes Opa's day, Happy Birthday, and may you always know that YOU are loved, and to all following along, so are you!

ON THESE COOL JANUARY WINTER MORNINGS, and though thankfully the northeast wind remains oddly still, for many folks the chilled bones and crisp air involuntarily uncovers memories from years since past, of rising before the sun, heading to the barn in well-worn jeans and a favorite flannel shirt, all ensconced within slightly oversized blue coveralls, nicely warmed barn boots fresh off the boot dryer protecting freshly laundered socks, and a tattered and torn jacket, the faded name of a implement dealer or repair shop on the back, stripped cuffs and torn pockets completing the ensemble.

As one walked into the milk house, perhaps through a battered slightly askew screen door, repurposed to the barn after the neighbors house remodel, one could nearly feel the heat from the hot water tank radiate into the cold darkness, the sound of the agitator slowly revolving in the tank, the clean smell of chlorine, iodine and cold mixing within the nostrils.

The metal switch for lights was flipped, and the lights buzzed and blinked as they, too attempted to warm up in the early hours. Out by the calf barn, a contingent of cats is rapidly blinking, standing into a long stretch, summoned but the lighted yard, knowing soon enough a good pour of "bucket milk" would be coming their way, not to be poured into the tank, but too good to waste on the drain.

Soon more switches were flicked and dials were turned, the rhythmic sound of pulsating air working it's nearly magical hypnotic beat, those first cows ready long before the one who is to tend to them, standing patiently, chewing their cud, as if to say "Take your time, I'm here, but let's not drag this out either". Slowly, like reallllly slowly, the parlor would begin to warm, the heat of the animals and machinery bring a bit more life to morning, perhaps the morning news and farm report emanating form a tinny sounding AM radio, antenna long ago bent into a angle, it's ability to receive FM generally only a summer evening event.

And if one was fortunate, and the electrical outlets in the parlor could handle it, a never-washed coffee pot would be at the ready, something hot to sip while those first milkers, full to the brim, to the same nonchalant attitude as they munched grain, calmly surveying their surroundings, the noise, smells and lights apparently brining them some comfort, too.

For some, this will be a shared memory, and shared memories are part of strong community. It's the reason we at the Lynden Chamber of Commerce encourage folks to visit Lynden, to get youngsters involved in sports, to take in a community play or a school musical performance, even our parades, the Razz Fest, or just a walk down the trail, and why we would greatly appreciate it when you "Shop Lynden".
Seems to us, rather simply put, if you know someone, you know 'em, but if you share a positive experience with that someone, well, now your creating community, which in turn sustains a community, this community, YOUR community.

So Shop Lynden, create some fun memories with someone, or a bunch of folks, and do so with knowledge that even more then early cup of smiling parlor joe, YOU are loved!

THE FIRST DIPPITY-DO DAY OF THE NEW YEAR
We had a conversation with the CBC News crew out of Vancouver B.C.last week, mostly regarding the potential 25% tariffs and the potential impact on cross-border shopping, should the newly installed Presidential Administration of Donald Trump do so, and the process of of the interview was, shall we say, interesting.
Now fortunately for us, when the call came in we were probably attired for the occasion, with a cap from Stremler Gravel, Inc., those rock stars of earthwork, streets, snow removal and concrete work fame, upon our larger then most Dutch-sized cranium with a matching vest direct from the racks of the CHSNorthwestHQ Farm Store collection, which is not just for farmers, FYI, located on Depot Road, north of their wonderful gas and convenience store (Be sure to say "Howdy" to Aunt Pearl) at the corner of Depot and Main Streets.
We say this process was different because apparently the days of being interviewed by phone for print and having a news camera in your face (while being told "Don't look into this giant camera we have uncomfortably placed in your personal space") for on-air broadcast are over.
"Can you Zoom in 15 minutes?"
Sure, not a problem. Just let us run a hand through the receding locks of hair upon our Thunderdome, reset the cap, and we're good, although a touch of Dippity-Do for the side wings would have been nice, as the Talented Trimmer at Eastside Hair was probably called for.

So "Zoom" we did, answering questions from a friendly young lady, espousing on about Canadian consumers coming down to Lynden, the wonderful accommodations at the The Inn at Lynden downtown, or the newly opened Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Lynden on the Guide Meridian, and the many day trippers who make a stop at Edaleen Dairy before heading up "across the line", but most importantly how at least as far as Lynden is concerned, the exchange rate between the U.S. and Canadian dollar was more important to the impact of B.C. residents on our local economy, and that while we certainly enjoyed hosting our neighbors across the ditch, we continually extoll to our members that Canadian consumers should never be the sole focus of a business model, as there are too many uncontrollable factors consider to make the Looney something one can count on.
We felt we made a strong showing for 30 minutes or so of great questions.

What we didn't know at the time was that the Zoom interview then goes to a print person, to decipher and re-work into the actual news story, and once the print news people are done, a vide news person then sort of "narrates the tale", for lack of a better term, using the actual Zoom footage, and slicing and dicing the our own and other interviews into one 3 minute or so story.
So, strangely, the people who actually reported the story never really spoke to us, the very nice lady did. And our 30 minute recital of over 3 decades of experience with cross border consumers was boiled down to less then 30 seconds, with the very memorable line for no one of "We've had trade tariff exchanges with Canada before. You have to remember, He (President Trump) is a negotiator, and this is his opening salvo." or some such thing.

Anyway, it is interesting to see how reporting has changed, how we as consumers of news are delivered our news, but most importantly how well a good locally obtained cap and quality vest can make one feel fashionable, comfortable and ready to talk global trade and economics, all before lunch, even without the Dippty-Do.

Have a great day, Shop Lynden, howdy-hi to those folks who follow along from B.C., and no matter what side of the line you're on, YOU are loved!

Anything Going On Today? Oh Look! It's Optional Swearing for Presidents Monday!
GOING TO HAVE two different presidents today, after President Biden hosts President-Elect Trump in the Oval Office at the White House, which got us to thinking...
We should have invited those two boys to head out our way, and before sending them out on a milk truck route for LTI, Inc., Milky Way, have them sit together with the Knights of the Round Table of Knowledge and Wisdom at the Dutch Treat Restaurant, so these D.C. types could get a bit of insight into what is wrong with the world today and how to fix it.

What do you mean, "AI generated photo"? Was it those coffee mugs that tipped ya'll off it might not be a real photograph?
Or was it the caps? We're certain Hats Off T-Shirts & Engraving, Inc. would have made the caps a whole lot better, too, as they are all about a quality product.

DID YOU KNOW, the presidential oath of office which is written
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States." is thought to contain the option of stating "affirm" due to the large Quaker population in the United States at the time of formation, a religious group that did not "swear" oaths due to the scripture found in James 5:12 ""But above all things, my brethren, swear not, neither by heaven, neither by the earth, neither by any other oath: but let your yea be yea; and your nay, nay; lest ye fall into condemnation".
We would also like to know when folks figured out how to make peanut butter no-bake cookies using those Quacker's oats.

DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR will not have to "share", for a lack of a much better term on our part, his birthday and day of remembrance again with a presidential inauguration until the year 2053, at which point we certainly hope somebody has straightened out this clash of dates, though the question remains as to if former Speaker Pelosi and Senator McConnell will still be in office.

NO, BUT SERIOUSLY. The gentleman known best for promoting the ideal that we should all be judging the character of a person individually and not basing said personal character upon a group, nor judging a group on one individual's character, that guy has to share HIS own holiday?
Somebody didn't think something through, though the chances of it being us remains fairly high.

Enjoy the day, enjoy your week, and remember that whatever hat you wear or coffee you drink, or don't drink, YOU are loved!

ON THIS DAY OF THE WEEK many gather to offer thanks and seek blessing in the day to come, we look forward to a day we celebrate the birth of Dr. King, while enjoying the pomp and circumstance that goes along with a change in Presidents, but we pause to remind ourselves that no individual alone makes the United States of America the great nation it is, nor will one person correct or eliminate our shortcomings.
It is each of us who, either by birth or by choice, call this nation, Our nation, home and, by our words and deeds, will carry the torch of Liberty forward, a light shining in the darkness, and that despite the stumbles of fumbles along the way, we continue striving to reach that bold ideal of "One Nation, under God, with liberty and justice for all".

“I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.“

God bless, enjoy the week ahead, and may we all know in our hearts that we are loved.

THE LYNDEN SATURDAY MORNING POST: Hail to the Chickens Edition
Wonderful Saturday morning before the Inauguration to you all! It appears to be a hot cocoa, coffee, tea or decaf double shot, light foam, two pumps of hazelnut, one of banana, almond oat soy extra tall with a snow cap breve Americano latte kind of morning.
Well, the lawn and rooflines looks frosty white, anyway. Our scientific research on the weather ended at the window.
+ No truth to the rumor we just made up that the City of Lynden will begin accepting utility payments in eggs, though Grocery Outlet has a really great price per dozen going on right now. On eggs, not utilities.

+ We just got to thinking, and not that we're looking to add fuel to the cross-border chat regarding trade, but if our fingers and toes are still working mathematically, at some stores a single egg is worth more then the Canadian dollar right now.

+ It's a few weeks out yet, but with Valentine's Day within calendar distance, phone (360) 306-8819 to get an order into Lynden Florea , 306 Front Street in BEAUTIFUL downtown Lynden, with delivery available in most of Whatcom County.
We just may have to order a few dozen for Canada, though right now we're not sure who to send our "YUGE!" arrangement to.
Dozen eggs might work, too. Show our true love for our north neighbors!

+ Marta's Cocina for dinner tonight? Dine in, take out, eat well regardless and warm the winter bones. We gravitate towards a Macho burrito or Enchiladas de Mole with chicken.

+ Ah, those fond memories of traipsing through the entirety of the Parkers Drug Store with a highly contagious virus, attempting to pick up a prescription for which you had brought a note, like you were tardy to class or some such thing. invariably leading to a conversation with a fellow soon to be sickly person about the virus "going around".
Two thumbs up and an alcohol wipe to Fairway Drug for having installed a drive up window and for providing quick and friendly service to those who would rather not be out and about to begin with!

+ We noticed North County Christ the King has guest speaker Brannon Shortt, the lead pastor at Bayside Folsom, California, speaking at the 8:30, 10 and 11:30 in the Sunday a.m's services.
Letting you know ahead of time, just in case one was wondering.

+ And yes, there are two, count 'em 2, t's in Mr. Shortt's name. It looked like a bit longer shortt then usual when we first looked, but it would appear it is time to get together with the Mt Baker Vision Clinic crew so we can see clearly now that the rain has gone.
Lotta puns in one paragraph...

+ God bless, enjoy the week ahead, and yes, it would appear the chickens are now in control. And they, like you, are loved!

WEEKEND'S HERE, SUN'S OUT, but No Shorts Just Yet
Thanks to all who helped Ms. Rose of the The Fairway Cafe' celebrate her 80th birthday yesterday, always wonderful to see some love shared on the socials, and the community gather to make someone's day a bit better!
Go Lynden!
Seems "Winter Jacket and Sunglasses" will be the forecast over the next several days, though we're uncertain of what wind if any will be breezing, gusting, blowing with it.
We've mentioned this on occasion before, but Dave's Sports Shop at the Fairway Center Lynden has some really dandy winter wear that will help keep the chills to a minimum.
Dandy = fashionable + comfortable + affordable

Wonderful seeing so many Lynden Chamber of Commerce members yesterday at our annual "State of the City" address from Mayor Scott, held at Steak House 9, home of the best toffee chunk cookies ever!
We are so blessed to have such a diverse cast of characters as members of the Chamber, but all concerned and wanting the best for the people who call Lynden home!

As mentioned by Mayor Scott yesterday, among other things the City is hoping to take a slow and easy pace with growth, especially given the conflicting and often damaging State of Washington edicts, dictates and mandates.

One thought to put a pin in is that from a City of Lynden perspective, growth is NOT a net positive on the balance sheet, as the "new" growth has costs associated with providing services to it greater then the revenue that "new" growth will generate.
Just the additional police and fire staffing needed to service the Pepin Creek area would cost more per year then the property tax that area would bring in, putting an even greater burden on existing resources, decreasing the level of service provided to existing residents.

Oh, similar "Did You Know, or Do You Care?" many folks aren't aware of:
The City of Lynden losses money on most traffic tickets.
For instance, the City of Lynden has to by State law "pay" the State of Washington $97 of every $120 traffic citation.
BUT, the City has to pay for:
The police officer
The police car
The radar
The certification of the radar
The street driven on
The signs on the street
The police station
The clerical assistance at the police station
The court clerk
The Judge
The prosecuting attorney
The Finance Department staff to track the income and distribution of the fine paid.
Insurance of several types on all of the above, and more blah, blah, blah.
All of for which the City of Lynden receives a whopping $23 bucks to provide!

Lose money on every transaction, but make it up in volume!

Apologies, went a touch sideways there, though perhaps if it helps community members understand a bit more of the how's and why's the business of a City operates, such sharing is beneficial.

Or maybe not, and like the later episodes of the Sonny and Cher Show, this babble should just be ignored and forgotten.

Anyway, have a great weekend, the cool is a coming and the sun is a shinning and there is always something to love in Lynden, including you!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE ROSE OF OUR COMMUNITY!
IT HAS BEEN SAID before that very few people ever reach the level of such prominence, respect and excellence in their chosen profession that they are known by one name only.
Elvis
Ringo
Emiral
Kobe
Fabio
and many others, but here in Lynden, for weddings, anniversaries and special occasions of all types, often when asked who is or did the excellent catering, the answer is a one word response:
"Rose"
Yes, today Miss Rose, owner and operator of The Fairway Cafe' celebrates 80 years on God's creation, and if you have a chance, drop off a card at Fairway, say howdy if you have chance, but we'll warn you now, she has a catering tonight, so she's busy. Keep it short.

Rose's story of overcoming challenges and obstacles is for her to share, but we can tell you that few, very few, have endured more and come out on top as she has. To us it shows that when God has a plan for your life, nothing can stop you.

Rose has given first jobs to many an individual, gently but firmly riding helping youngsters smooth the bumps of learning a craft, and giving lifelong skills and talents while doing so, despite dropped plates, spilled pop, or being tardy on occasion.

Many brides and grooms, families in mourning, couples celebrating years together and others have been asked directly "How much do you want to spend?", and keeping the conversation real, making sure things are kept in prospective, but working with them, a true partner who isn't there for the money, but there to help create a memorable food experience.
Many successful fundraising auctions in the community have benefited from Rose's ability to work the books, find quality food that doesn't break the bank, while putting a smile and filling the bellies of those raising their hands to give up a few guilders for the betterment of the cause.

We've known Rose for most of our decades on this planet, since we went to school with her youngest daughter Kris, who unexpectedly and suddenly passed this past year, and for all our years of knowing Rose, perhaps what is most meaningful to us is what is also most meaningful to the many who know her, especially her family, and something we try to remind and emulate to readers of these posts:
Rose makes one feel loved.

Now, to be fair, there are some folks, though very few in number, who have made "the list", for lack of a better term. Some we know what they did, others we do not, but whatever it was, it couldn't have been good. In fact, our greatest fear in posting this is we will make that list, but sometimes to honor others properly, one must take risks in life.

Many years ago, more then we care to think about, we personally began to call Rose "Kahuna", a Hawaiian language word that though has multiple meanings, including "wise and respected knowledgable elder". Perhaps unknown to many, Miss Rose is to this day the only woman to serve on the Lynden City Council, giving of her precious time to serve the community at large.
She's given her wise council to many a restauranteur, always giving time to those starting out, or who have found themselves in a bit of a pickle, in her calm, firm and loving manner.

So Rose, Happy Birthday to You! Thank you for sharing your gifts, talents and love with so many, including ourself. It is an honor and privilege to have known, worked with and learned from you over these many years. May the Lord bless you as you have blessed so many,

Rose, YOU are loved!

A LITTLE OF THIS, A LITTLE OF THAT. A Potpourri, if You Will
Might be because it's a touch on the cool side this morning in the beautiful Nooksack Valley, but we're moving slower then molasses in January, although in the interest of complete transparency, we have no idea how molasses moves in August, so maybe molasses needs some stretching and other physical rehab work from Capstone Physical Therapy, conveniently located at 8862 Bender Road Suite 101, corner of Bender and Aaron Drive, in the Bender Plaza complex.
Moving on...

Speaking of Bender Plaza, sort of sandwiched between Oltman Insurance & Financial Services and the Bender Edward Jones crew is a Guatemalan grocery Store, with lots of cool ethnic food fixin's and other really cool south of the border inventory.
No, unfortunately due to a lack of gray matter on our part, we can't remember the name, but the owner is REALLY nice, has had a dream of serving this community for years, and well, please stop by. No, they as of yet have not joined the Lynden Chamber of Commerce, but this one we're paying forward, and you should check it out. Mexican Meal night en tu casa will never be the same!

Shout out to the CHSNorthwestHQ Convenience Store crew, also known as Tante Parel's workmates, for hosting an elderly group of gentlemen round the Coffee and Nutrient Table with kind service and great coffee! Bedankt!

Seems Brown & Brown Lynden is holding another Excellence in Education contest for public nominated educators this year, with the addition of a category just for private school educators, which in theory means that just like at the State basketball tourney, Lynden has a chance to take not one, but two categories, with an educator from each category winning $5,000!
Good thing Overflow Taps has two locations in town, just saying.

We put this one lower down for a reason.
Somebody has a birthday tomorrow. A special one. Significant number. Many of you will know this person. Many of you have worked for this person. Many more of you have had this person serve you.
They are known, let's put it that way, and you will want to participate.
You'll need a card. Store bought or hand made. No need for a gift, just good cheer. Well, a Woods Coffee coffee card likely wouldn't be rejected.
We're going to ask you to drop the aforementioned card off, in town, at a location to be announced.
More tomorrow, and please, no speculation in the comments.
But pass the word along.
Birthday card, no gift, and love, that's what you'll need to bring. Your mission is you choose to accept it.
Thank you in advance for your help, and Shhhhhhhh... it's a Lynden secret, which naturally means most folks will know already or will shortly.

That's all for know, have a great day, and ¡Eres amado!

HMMMMM... Might Be Time for the Fuzzy Slippers & Hot Cocoa
Seems over the next several days we could be looking at daytime high temperatures of "Brrr, touch of a chill in the air" down to lows of "My backside either fell off or it's numb".
We highly recommend a Eucatastrophe Coffee and Used Books hot chocolate, perhaps coffee or tea if you like, open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Saturday. You'll find them at 515 Front Street in BEAUTIFUL downtown Lynden.
And as you're there anyway, it might be a thought to pick up a gently used yet highly affordable travel book of some sort, with beaches and palm trees, AFTER you put the foundation covers on the ventilation openings of your home. Check the local hardware stores if you need some, and maybe grab a bag or two of ice melter, something to keep the feet down and head up and cracks on back to a minimum.

For those new to town, this isn't going to be a northeast wind event, nor snow, just clear and cold and a bit slippery in spots.
If you are new to the Northwest, please look for the following signs to help you determine if indeed a wind and snow event are heading our way:

Milk and bread will sell out fast, fresh vegetable will disappear, and many folks will be asking "Did you see the weather forecast?", plus the wind will be blowing and the snow will be falling.
Oh, and always follow Whatcom County Weather for what weather may be coming our way and pretty photos that make the County look good, not unlike a session at "Glamor Shots", only for nature and with a whole lot less Aqua-Net.

Now this isn't East Coast cold, and especially not Midwest cold, where winter daytime highs start iwith minus symbols and frost bite and hypothermia are part of kindergarten playground orientation. Weather-wise, it's just going to be a touch on the cool side. Just use that uncommon common sense, and we'll all be fine.

Otherwise, we hope you have a wonderful day, are able to get some sunshine on your shoulders, and otherwise know you are loved even more then those adorable Highland slippers, and hopefully just as warm.

AH, MONDAY! The Clean Socks Toasty and Fresh Out of the Dryer Day of the Week
+ Congratulations to Mr. Evan and all the folks at the Lynden Community/Senior Center (401 Grover Street) on their successful reopening after some much needed building work on this City-owned building has been completed! For those unfamiliar with our wonderful community center, the building was a former grocery store, hence the dock-like area on the east, or Fourth Street side of the building.
A fantastic and affordable outing for community members of any age are the Center's monthly Community Pancake Breakfast, including on Farmers Day Parade day, on Saturday morning of the Northwest Raspberry Festival, and Breakfast with Sinterklaas on the morning of the Northwest Lighted Parade
If you've never been in the Center, you're missing out, as they have THE best handmade gift selection possibly anywhere at "Granny's Gifts", a wonderful little retail space filled, open Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. and is stocked with wonderful "hand made with love" items great for gifting or keeping!
But there is a whole lot more to the Center than just the store!

There is a VERY affordable daily meal program, both in person at the Center and a hot, ready to eat meal delivered to your home, 5 days a week.

Wellness and Fitness programs, with an in-house gym for members, educational opportunities with guest speakers and classes in music, history, finance, dance and more.

Entertainment with some of the best musical talent in the County coming in for get-down hoedown's with toe tapping' tunes.

And recreational opportunities by the bushel, from the pool table to Bocce Tournaments out at Bender Fields, to crafts and a touch of card playing, though we're sure those quarters on the table are for the pop machine, don't you think?

And membership? $45 for year, or $90 for a couple, two for the price of.... two.

+ Attention Lynden Chamber of Commerce Members: Please check your emails to RSVP to the annual "State of the City" January gathering at Steak House 9 this Thursday. Mayor Scott will update those gathered on completed and future projects, and the local challenges that lay ahead for the Lynden Community.
Cant' find that email? Give us a call at 360-354-5995 or email [email protected] to Répondez s'il vous plaît.

Ok, that's enough for Toasty Socks Monday, we hope you have a wonderful week, make a visit to the Community Center, and remember, ____ are loved!
