You often see gorgeous wedding flowers on social media, but what you don't see is how expensive actually flowers are.

When planning your wedding and choosing blooms for your big day, keep in mind that flowers are now more than ever, a luxury!

Prices are expected to rise in the near future since most of the flowers are grown abroad. Seasonality plays a key role in pricing. That's why we work with local farms when possible to lower the cost.

The majority of blooms like roses come from countries like Columbia and Ecuador. While they may manage to keep prices low for us florists, the cost of organic products like flowers is unpredictable.

However, having a general idea of what you can get for your money in advance is very helpful. Here are some of the typical prices that florists would charge you for wedding flowers.

These are not DIY prices but fully processed, prepared, and ready to design flowers. The reality is that not everyone can afford them.

But what WE at Signature Events can do is work with your vision, carefully curate the blooms that fit your budget, and make the most visual impact.

We know how to incorporate premium and semi-premium blooms in your design in a smart way by focusing on important areas. We also know how to cut down costs by repurposing flowers when possible. We always encourage our clients to repurpose floral arrangements when possible. One way to have a sustainable, cost-effective wedding is to have a broken arch. After ceremony and wedding photos are over, simply have the floral pillars moved to reception. Turn them into the ultimate sweetheart table statement! Nothing better than a picture perfect frame!
