This cookie cake is so heavenly it has it's own halo! 🤣
I loved making this stacked chocolate chip cookie for Cara's wedding yesterday. It is her fiancé's favorite dessert, so we made sure to incorporate it on the dessert table.

PROM UPDATE - As a reminder: Lyndon Institute's prom parade will begin sharply at 6:45pm this evening. Seniors attending prom should arrive at the Riendeau Log Yard on Burrington Bridge Road at the Route 114 intersection no later than 6:40pm to gather for the parade just to be on the safe side. Burrington Bridge Road will be closed to thru traffic at 6:30pm (only LI prom attendees will be allowed through until 6:40pm). Families and friends who wish to watch the arrival must be at Tempson Barn prior to 6:30pm. Parking instructions were emailed home yesterday and faculty will be on hand to assist as well. Please note that once the parade begins, no vehicles (including senior vehicles) will be allowed to enter Burrington Bridge Road until the parade is completed and the road is re-opened.
