We love wedding receptions at our venue and all the creativity that couples bring to each one! "The Shoe Dance" is a popular game where newlyweds sit back to back and answer questions about their relationship by holding up the shoe of the person the answer most relates to (such as "Who's the better dancer?"). It's greatly entertaining and guests can be involved too!

It's here! Come explore the world of Fiber Art at our newest art exhibit, "Uncommon Threads." Featuring the work of 6 talented fiber artists, this exhibit is sure to wow you with incredible creations made from a variety of materials such as recycled plastic, fabric, yarn, felted wool and silk, quilts and dyed cheesecloth. Open to the public during the week from 9am-4pm, and on some evenings and weekends when our venue is open for events! Hope to see you here to enjoy this spectacular art!

2) Bring a meal to a neighbor in need.
3) Take some time to reflect on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s legacy and contributions to the civil rights movement. Read his speeches, listen to his sermons, or watch documentaries that highlight his work. Understanding the struggles he faced and the ideals he championed can deepen your appreciation for the ongoing fight for equality.

Remember, small actions can collectively make a big difference in fostering a community that values equality, justice, and unity.

Seattle Area Feline Rescue is a no-kill rescue center for cats and kittens. SAFe Rescue takes in homeless cats and kittens, gives them the care they need to recover, and finds them loving homes. Our second non-profit company we're proud to highlight during Caring Hearts Month is Edmonds College Foundation!

The Edmonds College Foundation is the charitable organization that supports Edmonds College. The Foundation connects South Snohomish County to its college, and is driven by the belief that lives and our community can be transformed through the power of education. Each year, the Foundation raises over $1 million to ensure students have access to the support they need to succeed. The funds are used to provide scholarships, emergency funding, and investments in impactful practices like learning labs, support for incarcerated, low income and first generation college students, and helping to host a STEM conference for young girls thinking about expanding their horizons. November will be dedicated to giving back to our community, highlighting several of our nonprofit clients, volunteering our time at a local animal shelter, honoring community members who've served our country, collecting donations for the Lynnwood Food Bank and PAWS, and spreading some good old fashioned neighborly cheer!
