Rising star 🌟.... excellent watching this unfold.

Last night was a full house for thd last jam night and cruise of the season.
Next year will have bi-weekly concerts and cruise nights.... cause thats what living in the country is all about.

We have a great community ...and I truly look forward to more music nights next spring!

Western Clover Honey 🍯

Toasted marshmallow oven roasted squash...
Is my secret ingredient in the soup!

Butternut Squash soup:
6 -large roasted butternut squash....
(cut in half roast in oven at 350° til soft)
2-3 sticks if butter... peel the skin of the squash off, cut soft squash.... place in roaster or simmer pot with butter... let soften and mushy.
Add 1 quart heavy cream.

Some Squash you will put in roasting pan and cover with a bag of marshmallows 😋... toast the marshmallows til golden brown...after toasted add to the simmering squash.

Add milk or heavy cream or a little apple cider until you reach your desired consistency.
Let simmer and make sure all your squash is mushy and soft in the mix.
(You can use a processor, but i typically let it simmer down and squish it again the sides with a spoon and gently turn it all together.....
I add ground white pepper, a pinch of salt, and garlic powder to your desired flavor preference.
