Homesteads tend to be generational... I could not have built this place without support and guidance from this dear lady, lets all wish her a Happy Birthday. ...... my beautiful Mom Linda....she is not only taught me everything I know about life and strength, she has shown me some of the best "tricks".... and dedication to family and traditions.
If it's baking, caring for the animals, starting a business, woodwork, investing, what will help the children when they are not well...she always seems to have the answer, and if she doesn't... she listens.
She has wiped my tears and picked me up through the hardest situations, and given me the guidance to conquer any feat.... I bought the homestead (15 years ago) because it was less than a mile from my mother and grandmother.
She is one bad ass Radiation Technician travels the states regulating the movement of radioactive material.
One of the most respected people in her field, put herself through college with 3 children and built her own home....she is a matriarch among women. I love her dearly and am so blessed to call her MOM!!
