A lot of times, a Wedding Coordinator’s work is not fully seen🕵🏼 unless the photographer snaps a photo of ya 🥰

On the day of the wedding, we are more behind the scenes, when no one is in the reception space; tidying up the tables, adjusting the flatware, positioning the table numbers just right so they are in clear view for guests, adjusting the seating chart just right👌🏼we then blend in throughout the night running the timeline, bringing refreshments to the bride and groom and disappear to the back of the party assessing the day and needs📋 … and this is just scratching the surface of what we’re doing!

You may not see me all the time but know that I am working behind the scenes providing all you want and more for the perfect event✨

Wedding Tip!
Reception Seating Chart🪑📝

Avoid having your guests crowd around the seating chart by organizing it alphabetically by last name. It’s much easier to find your name this way vs searching each list of tables for your name. Don’t be afraid of doing the seating chart in a grand way either! Make it bigger so it’s easier & quicker for guests to read, especially if you have a larger guest count!✨
