Though our schedule was FULL, we knew we had to find a way for the Russo Family to join our client list! Such a sweet family, (his mom Andrea 💙), and Rocco had such an amazing high school career! We pitched in with centerpieces and a welcome vignette to make the party even more special. Tying in that cool “Lancer” logo from Lanse Creuse High School was definitely a part of our focus. New light up “Class of” signage was a fun addition to the party as well! Congrats to Rocco and his family, we’re looking forward to working with you again next year!

Congratulations to Jack!! A Dakota graduate, Jack is OBVIOUSLY headed to MSU in the Fall, and everyone is here for this new chapter! Jack’s sister said “you’ve lived a life” after seeing his awesome memory table, and she is RIGHT! Jack made the most of high school and it was so fun to be a part of this celebration!! Every detail was absolutely perfect! And check out those new SPARTAN centerpiece features! So great!!

We love working with our families who have become friends over the years!! We’ve been so fortunate to work with the Maltese family to add some sparkle to their events. Gina Marco and his cousin Chris have amazing futures ahead, even if their next chapters are at rival schools! Marcella had a fun idea of a soda bar as one of this party’s fun little stations and so it became a fun focal point of the party! Congratulations to both of these young men as they embark on their next chapters!

We’re back!! A bit of a hiatus from parties, but one of our favorite clients convinced us to build a Back To The Future themed Barmitzvah at the Motor City Casino!! Thank you. Thank you to ALL of this summer’s graduation clients. Today marks the end of our Graduation season for 2023. Lisa and I made the decision to keep August for our families and ourselves. This year has been VERY busy decorating two to three parties every weekend. We love adding the sparkle and glitter to our clients’ celebrations, but now it’s time to focus on US! As educators, we love our little “side hustle”, but also realize that taking a break to recharge before another busy school year is imperative! AND our kids are super excited for “Summer Mom” to be in effect!! Once again, thank you for entrusting us with your special celebrations! Have a great August!!

We finished off our graduation party season with a wonderful family. Thank you to the Amodeo’s for inviting us to be a part of your special day! What a beautiful celebration of such a confident and self aware young lady. We were so impressed not only by the hard work she obviously put into high school, but how well she managed what SHE wanted this party to be! Congratulations to Kierra at Northwood University! Congratulations to Ava Youngberg! Not only did she have a perfect day, but the decor was also perfect and pretty in pink!! The pops of hot pink against a pastel and white color palette really did scream summer celebration! We could not be more happy with how this mature pink theme came out!

Congratulations to Olivia!! This our second time working with the Martin Family, and we just love them!! Olivia had completed quite the “look book” for us, she had a definite vibe in mind: a classy boho look. We think the final product really hit the mark!! Even Mother Nature played nice for this celebration, clearing up just in time to honor Olivia’s hard work and accomplishments! Congratulations Samantha!! After all of the MSU parties we’ve decorated this year, it was SO great to host a “GIRLIE” MSU party! Samantha and her mom Jennifer Mickley came up with the idea and we ran with a new twist on an old favorite! Adding pink and gold to the traditional green and white! We loved how it turned out! And that bar! 😍 Just perfect!!

This weekend gave us an opportunity to celebrate two of my favorite graduates this year! These boys have grown up with our family and so guaranteeing them a perfect celebration was our #1 priority! These two cousins excelled in so many different arenas of high school, it made it easy to choose a theme that best celebrated them! Congratulations Aiden Criteser and Jake Ferguson!! Sometimes Mother Nature REALLY throws a curve ball and not even 2 Girls & A Party can alter the reality!! The good thing is that GREAT graduates, amazing families and wonderful friends mean the weather doesn’t even matter!! This FRIENDS themed party was an absolute great challenge! We had nothing that really met this theme request, so everything was made from scratch to make a party that the graduate loved and a party that attendees would remember!! Congratulations Reese Binando and on all of your hard work and accomplishments. You are an amazing young lady that deserves all the world can offer! We hope you LOVED your party!

Today marks the end of an era, this is our THIRD and final graduation for the Runco’s brood of sweet and handsome boys! It was pretty awesome, everything came together and the yard was a wonderful showpiece for the theme and all of Anthony’s accomplishments!

We just love these “outside the box” events. One of our favorite clients called us last week to add a bit of sparkle to her “hair and make up pre wedding party”. Marcella D'Agosta Maltese had this vision of a perfect day celebrating her soon to be sister in law, and we loved helping her make the future Mrs. Maltese feel extra special!! Our first party of 2023. A beautiful vintage stork themed baby shower. The subtle sage green with gold accents against the white was a perfect color palette for todays celebration of Baby Ross. The client’s addition of individual cakes for each table really was a perfect personalized touch. We could not be happier with how it turned out.
