Come celebrate Byron’s 150th Anniversary with us... and a few special guests!!!

Saturday, October 26th at North Peach Park, we will be hosting Byron’s 150th Anniversary Celebration! Event gates will open at 2:00. We’ll kick off the day with an opening (DAYTIME) fireworks show by Deep South Fireworks! That’s definitely something you won’t want to miss! You can enjoy food trucks and other activities prior to the concert area opening at 4:00. A2Z Band-The Ultimate Party Band will take the concert stage at 4:30 to get the party started.

At 6:00 Edwin McCain. “His hit songs, authentic spirit, and surprisingly affable sense of humor keeps everyone coming back time and time again.” What a great way to start off the night in Byron!!

And from 7:30 til 9:00, with more than 4 decades in Southern Rock music.... 38 Special!! “Their many Gold and Platinum album awards stand in testament to the endurance of a legendary powerhouse.”
And stick around after the amazing music for an EXPLOSIVE fireworks show to close out our celebration!

I would love to formally introduce our brand new General Manager for Deep South Fireworks

Camille Y Hathaway has accepted our offer to be apart of this team! Camille has been working with us for about 8 months now and has been an absolute critical role in the success we have had this year. Hard work, creativity, passion, friendships, ability and willingness to learn are a few of the wonderful things about Camille. She is an absolute amazing human and is priceless in her contributions to this company!

After months of thinking I have decided to make this post and I NEED YOUR HELP.

I have a deep desire to want to be the company for Make-A-Wish around the USA to provide firework shows for kids that have a terminal illness.

Deep South Fireworks wants to be that light in the darkness and put a smile on many faces.

PLEASE HELP ME BLOW THIS POST UP. I know someone on here knows a POC for Make a Wish so we can make this dream come true!

Well well. Our wonderful Caleb Bubba King strikes again for Deep South Fireworks.

Due to his hard work and dedication we now officially have a licensed South Carolina 1.3 state certified shooter.

Fun fact: Caleb holds the most state licenses for the company with 4 states licensed! He once again crushed the test with a 90%.

I’m getting ready to leave the warehouse on this late evening of working and I had to pause for a minute……I had to pause and think back to when this company was just a silly idea on a small softball field in Columbus, Georgia. But I had a spark, an interest, and a fuel that would drive me to push more and more.

I started off with one remote and one module but I believed in it and I was passionate about it.

Fast forward a short 3 1/2 years and look at this picture. If this isn’t the American dream idk what is. This photo is about 1/4 of my equipment and it makes my heart happy to know that my company that I started from the ground up brings joy and happiness to so many people.

Cornelia Main Street had an outdoor concert last night and trusted Deep South Fireworks to put on a display. The first time this city has had fireworks in a very long time.

Thank you Christopher Sanders for setting up an awesome show while I was out of town.

Firework friends, I will be ordering some 1.3 tubes direct from China If anyone wants to add some tubes it will reduce the shipping cost for everyone. I will be buying 2.5-6" tubes (they have bigger sizes if needed). I live in middle Georgia that is where delivery will be. I do travel a good amount and will be willing to bring them along for a travel/delivery fee if it is along the route or meet up.

Military friends I need your help.

Here in United States there are several cities and counties that are trying to ban fireworks by pulling the “Veterans and PTSD cards out”.

I am leading a committee that has been made official and runs through the National Fireworks Association to help gain support to combat this fight.

It just takes a minute, if you are a veteran and would like to help keep fireworks around for generations to come please add your information below.

All our committee members are veterans of different branches of the military and are proudly representing our service and our service with the NFA to keep fireworks around for generations to come.
