We finally got some snow in the field ❄️

After a few cold, windy days, we’re finally getting a break with some sunny, warmer weather. ☀️ It will be short lived but I will take it! I will be taking advantage to get some much needed weeding accomplished and plan to get the tulip bulbs planted. 🌷

There is something so refreshing about this time of year. I spent yesterday afternoon uncovering frost cloth from the beds and checking in on the field. As small signs of spring slowly start to awaken, I am swirling with ideas, worrying did I plant enough and eagerly excited for the beauty that is to come!

Everything is tucked in under row cover for this week’s cold weather. I have been enjoying the downtime and starting to dream up 2025 plans. The tulips are are on their way and Spring will be here before we know it 🌸

It may still technically be Fall but we call this kind of cold Winter ‘round here. ❄️ The place between old and new where nature rests. 🌿

All of the Spring flowers are tucked in the field. We get a short break until Tulips bulbs are delivered in January.
