Someone asked me recently if we were planning to offer sauteed onions and mushrooms on our Brisket Burgers? Then they asked if I really knew how to saute them right? Rose and I decided to practice. Perfection takes time. The surprise for yesterday happened today! After researching numerous cookbooks and 5 star rated recipes, may I introduce our new "Truly Southern Mac & Cheese". From the crispy top to the tender elbow pasta engulfed in a wonderful creamy six cheese sauce. I'm proud of this dish for sure. Can't wait for y'all to get a taste of this.

What do y'all think about these housemade salad dressings;
1. Asian Peanut Ginger
2. Maple Mustard
3. Ranch Greek Yogurt
4. Creamy Cilantro Avocado
5. Basil Citrus
6. Tangy Lemon Poppy Seeds
All of these will be made in-house with simple ingredients.

Though it's with a heavy heart that I'm putting Mama Honey’s to rest, I'm extremely excited about what's coming. With a loving partnership, we're looking at an amazing transformation in Tennille. We made a double secret trip to Columbia SC yesterday to pickup something beautiful. Along with that, I'm back in the kitchen with a purpose. Right now I'm working on housemade pastrami. Can't wait to bring y'all into the loop as to what's goin' on.

PSA: Hey everyone. Happy New Year from all of us, here, at Mama Honey’s. We've made the difficult decision to shut down our business. We've had a lot of fun with this brand and cooking for so many friends. The last day for the FB page will be February 1st.
The good news is that we're not going away, we're rebranding and realigning with fresh, exciting new menu ideas along with a new mix of rubs.
