I will be at Poor Richard’s this Saturday 8/3 with my smoker and the goods. I’ll be set up at 4pm. I’ll have beef short ribs, Brisket and pulled pork sandwiches as well as Mac and cheese and bbq beans. I will have limited smoked cheese available as well come check out Wicked Beaver who starts at 7pm
