With respect to the little detail that happened to us today… The client had come in April to order a last-minute corsage, as we know and several flower shops will know. The corsages are only taken by pre-order since it is an accessory that takes time to make, this client came and at first we had told her that we could not because we were already saturated with orders. Then she left and came again and said to please take the order that she needed a corsage. Because of this, the order was taken and it began to be done, about 10 minutes passes and she calls us to cancel, which is mentioned to her That we can't cancel the order because it was already in process (almost finished), which got her a little upset saying that when she was ordering here in the store she was talking to someone else on the phone about the corsage and that she had already gotten it from another place, then if you had already gotten it why did you tell us to take your order??? Remember we are not Walmart or target where you buy a piece of furniture and if you don't like it you return it. The manager spoke with her and we offered her a credit of about 50% and as you know in any store, whether big or small business , the policies are for 30 days. And as florists and flower shops we know that corsages cannot be sold later as a floral arrangement. About 2 months passed and just today she came to complain about her order, we told her that we couldn't do anything about it because several days and months had already passed. which was annoying saying that this was not written on her receipt or note (let's be aware about returns and credits) she was politely told that we could not do anything because the time had already exceeded and that we had kept the corsage here at the flower shop for 2 weeks in case she passed during those days, out of gratitude we offered her a bouquet for $25 which she left upset saying that it was not worth what she paid... Now we understand the other flower shops who do not
