We are so thankful for the opportunity to have hosted so many events and hundreds of photography sessions over the last year at our beautiful greenhouse. We have continued to invest in our business to make it more intimate and more beautiful than it already is now. We have been fighting an uphill fight since January to help save this business to continue to serve so many beautiful couples that want to have micro weddings or other special events here. Hey photographers!!! I have many people in my messages looking for LAST minute minis at our greenhouse!!!! We have 4-5pm available this Saturday December 9th and 9-10:30am available too. This is our last day we can offer the set up we will be preparing for our Santa Event & a wedding! We can do weekday times this week too for those interested. 🎄🎄🎄 thank you everyone that made this so successful … it was fully fully booked every single weekend for 6 weekends!!!!!😍😍😍

Our property is available by scheduled appointment only. If you don’t have an appointment with the owner or a photogpraher you may not enter the property.

PARKING DIRECTIONS! When you enter the driveway, please continue around the circle drive and keep going (it’s a very long driveway) so a line can form behind your vehicle. Don’t stop right at the top of the circle because cars can’t get around. Park facing out like you are going to exit the driveway. This will ensure no one is having to back into our grass to get out. We want to keep as much traffic off of the grass as possible. Pulling off a little bit to the right as you’re facing the exit of the driveway is okay. We ask that no one drives around in the yard or parks out in the yard. We are excited to have 11 photographers with filled mini session spots visiting us this weekend so the traffic will be high! Thank you so much! 🎄

There will NEVER be too many photos of the charming door that leads you into the greenhouse ✨ I purchased this door at an antique shop back in 2019 before we even owned the Three Oaks Manor property. It was one of those moments where I was scanning the store, saw it against the wall, literally stopped breathing & told the man I do not care what it costs, load it in my car now please 🫣 She was going to be our master bedroom door at one point but it just didn’t feel like the right place. I knew the door deserved its place to be shown off. She used to be on display in my dining room in the corner until I had a better spot for her. When I sketched the first drawing of the greenhouse, we drew it there as the door & I knew it was perfect. She’s complimented daily, as she should be! 🤩 thank you for these gorgeous photos of her!!!!

We are very grateful for each client at Three Oaks Manor. I respectfully ask that clients or photographers please do not move or rearrange furniture or decorations inside or outside of the greenhouse. Everyone is paying for a specific setup and scheduling doesn’t allow time for adjustments between each session. Thank you for your respect and consideration when using the Three Oaks Manor property.
