Hi Fans!

We have an important announcement to make.


To make a long story short, we received an offer that we couldn't refuse and Salsa Street Grill will be closed permanently, effective immediately.

We have enjoyed our time serving you, and appreciate all the support and wonderful adventures that we have had since 2020. This choice was not difficult to make as it comes just in time when we are going through important life changes. It is a great blessing and we look forward to our awesome mobile unit to move on to other great adventures with it's new owners. We have appreciated every moment of this experience and will truly miss you, we wish you the very best and, thank you for your awesome support! We recognize that this news will have an impact of some sort, but what ever it may be, do not be sad. Be happy, just as we are!

Two cool things yesterday:
Had another worldly traveler and food enthusiast tell us that our quesadillas are the best he’s ever had, anywhere! We love getting feedback from our guests and this is the ultimate best because we can see their excitement first hand.
Second: we got to be part of an impromptu celebration, two guests came to us after taking an important test that will lead them into the workforce and on path to a career. While dining al dente (outside) they learned they both passed! They cheered, we cheered, and we gave them a treat for their accomplishments. You just never know what will happen, but that was cool 😎

The fire Madison today was very close to our commissary kitchen. While we were out working with the food truck, we learned about the location and decided to close early to see how close it got. It got very close. The fire was by the American Legion building, and behind the building is a hockey rink that the local kids go and play hockey on during hockey season, including mine. The hockey rink is gone, the fire did spread across the road, but it was contained before it got to the trees that backed our commissary kitchen. We are shocked. I haven’t told them yet.
