It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ronald Lee Hutchinson, Sr. Ron was the founder of Mississippi tent and opened his doors as a business in 1996. In the past 26 years of business, Ron build a business that is now the largest provider of tents and event rentals state wide. In 2005, Ron and his team unveiled a brand new state of the art, facility and showroom located in Gluckstat, Mississippi. Lee Hutchinson is the general manager for Mississippi tent and party rental and will continue to carry on Ron’s legacy. 
Ron was a tough boss and told it like it was, but he cared for his employees greatly. Ron always went above and beyond to provide and care for his employees. Even after they were retired from Mississippi Tent. Ron always told his employees that family comes first. It was a motto that he lived by. 
Ron is survived by his loving wife, Judy Hutchinson, his son, Lee Hutchinson, and his daughter, Ellen Gleason (Blake). He also has four grandchildren, Caroline Hutchinson, Ryan Gleason, Emile Gleason, and Mason Gleason. 
Visitation will be Sunday, February 5, 2023, at Breland funeral home in Canton Mississippi from 4 PM until 6 PM. Visitation will also be on Monday, February 6, 2023, from 10 AM to 11 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Burial will be at Saint Joseph Catholic Church cemetery in Gluckstat Mississippi.
