Hey everyone! Just a reminder that this event is THIS coming Saturday!! The class has several spots still available but the sign up cut off date will be Wednesday May 1st! I do require payment upon sign up to secure your spot which can be done in the store or over the phone! I’m so excited for this event!

Cookie decorating class at The Perennial - Madison! Reserve your seat now! ❤️ 💐

We have an exciting announcement!! May 4th we will be holding our very first cookie decorating class at The Perennial - Madison from 5-7pm! In true May 4th fashion it will be Star Wars themed 🤗🤗
I will provide 6 cut out themed cookies and everything necessary to decorate them so no additional supplies will be needed! The class will be $40 and with limited spaces available we will open preregistration TOMORROW! Call Madison Dry Goods and Dry Goods Country Store or come by to reserve your spot as soon as you can so you don’t miss out on this epic event!! 💐 HOW MUCH AND WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE? 💐 We are glad you asked! The Perennial - Madison is happy to release our pricing list and the many many hand selected items your rental includes! We’ve worked hard renovating the building and curating every item you may need (or want) for your special event!

We have split each day into two 7 hour reservable slots or you can rent out the entire day!

Dates are already being reserved, so please let us know how we can help make your next event beautiful! 💐

💐 Drum Roll Please! Today, we received the official occupancy capacity from the Rockingham County Fire Marshal and the Building Inspector! We will be able to accommodate groups up to 62 with tables and chairs, 132 if there is only chairs, and a  whopping 185 for standing room only!

We are one step closer to opening on April 27th, 2024 and we can’t wait to share the space with you! Stay tuned for the pricing list coming soon! ❤️ 💐

New Business Coming to Downtown Madison, NC! I’m thrilled to announce Rockingham County’s newest community space and Madison’s first micro-venue coming soon to Historic Downtown Madison. The Perennial - a bohemian-inspired space - finds its home in the old Madison Flower Shop, which has been lovingly and thoughtfully refreshed. Subtle hints throughout the space embrace the history of the building. The original wooden flower cooler door remains in the circa-1920 structure!

Catered towards intimate family gatherings, birthday parties, baby showers, wedding celebrations, and more, The Perennial is sure to be an affordable space “where memories are grown.” Tables, chairs, decorative items, and more will be included in all rentals; gone are the days when those were “add-ons!” We are also working on an outdoor area complete with a grill, additional seating, and lighting.

The grand opening of the space will correspond with the Spring into Madison Festival in the Town of Madison on April 27th, 2024. Vendors for the day will be announced soon!
