Hurt people hurt people and while I know the pain runs deep and boy would it feel so much better if you saw your spouse hurting too, it’s just immature and selfish.

I used to do this to Casey…I wanted him to know just how crappy I felt and so I would hurt him emotionally.
I look back and regret all of those mean remarks and selfish actions I did.
