Limited Edition Blue Christmas candles (locally designed and made by a small woman-owned business; soy wax with cotton wicks, “Hillbilly Mistletoe” scent) are still available today as the magic from yesterday’s book signing with Azalia Moore is still in the air. There are only a few left, so come by today before 3 to snag yours before they are gone! We also have some new Elvis stickers, key rings, and a couple of Elvis-related books left.

What a fun day!! Mrs. Azalia Moore is here until 2 PM if you want to come meet her and get a signed copy of her book. In a twist of fate, we also have a celebrity in the store today: Patsy Trigg, half of the duo that sang “Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer”! Be on the lookout for a store event with Patsy soon!

The City of Madison is celebrating Christmas this Friday. Come one, come all on Friday, December 6th, to the Polar Express Christmas Tree trail and stay for the Madison Wassail festival. Please refer to the attached flyer for more Christmas events throughout the month.

What an amazing night on Monday, listening to the powerful words written by these Calhoun Community College students! Poetry and prose, both personal and philosophical, was shared with the appreciative audience members who attended this first ever reading event of nonpublished material at Blue Apple Books. We are so proud to have hosted and look forward to many more readings to come!
