delecTable is our innovative kitchen-bar concept and event space located within vomFASS University Ave. Like a good recipe, delecTable is made up of a dash of this and a pinch of that. Our innovative "kitchen" is part cooking school, part fine dining establishment, part event center...and all experience. Whether you join us for a cooking class, a fun event, or a sumptuous dinner, your time at delecTable will arouse the senses and awaken the palate. Join us tonight from 4–6 PM at vomFASS Madison to taste a wonderful collection of South African w**es!

We’ll be featuring several w**es from Beau Joubert of South Africa, giving you a preview of our upcoming Beau Joubert W**e Dinner at DelecTable on Thursday, September 17, when owner Andy Hilliard will join us in person.

And Beau Joubert is only part of tonight’s lineup—we’ll have plenty of other w**es open for tasting as well.
