Here is what’s we have been planning. Resonant Frequency 11/16.

The original plan for Resonant Frequency was a night of extended 2 hour hardware sets from 4 live hardware artists in the Midwest. Then for various reasons the event was moved to Autumn and left to season a bit.

If you’ve heard of Speedy J’s Stoor events in Paradiso, you may start to get the idea of what we decided to do. If you haven’t, it’s a marathon set of 6-8 hours woven together by 3-4 live hardware artists. Inspired by this idea, we put our own version of this together to see what happens, I figure that would be more entertaining than 4 long individual sets... So we will weave our sets and write new music on the fly.. and collaborate in various forms over the entire night on a SINGLE COLLABORATIVE SET! Expect the unexpected and be ready for a wild ride!

We asked Road Flare Visuals to enhance the room with their cameras, projectors, AI and liquid visuals.

Now if you’ve been to an all night party you can imagine this will be a marathon to listen to as well, so AME is bringing some more speakers. Including 3 vinyls sets, this is a diverse lineup of some of the best selectors around!

With both of these stages, 2 boutique sounds systems and custom visuals, expect a well rounded audio, visual, and performance art experience that will keep it fresh and entertaining till morning.

We have an all night underground spot we found in Rockford, Il. The reason to have it here is that I don’t want to get distracted with the party/event space at my spot and want to focus on the music.. We hope this intrigues you to make the trip and/or come out if you live in the Rockford area. This will be a unique audio experience never to be repeated..

Oct Dance Party!!

Halloween at the Pyramid Event Venue in Lake Mills this year will be a jungle/dnb/uptempo night!

Featured on this event are Jen Symmetry and Nick Merchant, who help run the Mechanix party series up in Minneapolis as well as homies in the Subbass Productions crew! A highly capable DJ power couple, I've even run into a couple of Jen's releases on Phreak Recordings (which I initially followed for their breakbeat releases)!

Also joining us from the northwest, Murder Kween -Matron of Squirrels will be representing the Driftless region with a signature vinyl jungle set! Excited to be having this Space 7 friend down - she's not only a fantastic DJ but also a very capable modular live PA dabbler and wonderful human being!

The Madison friends Tre Point Five & Brent Sin run the event series that inspired this party's name, Rapid Fire at the Crucible Madison. Tre is an After Midnight Entertainment brother as well as former coworker from our hot tub days - I tried to get him on the January house/ techno night but when he told me he's going purely dnb/liquid these days, I knew I'd have to put together a night that would be more suited to his new style.

Brent has actually long been on my list of people to book but a proper opportunity hadn't really arisen until now. They will also be gracing us with a vinyl set to close out the night proper!! I'm not going to lie, Brent's musical stylings aren't always my flavor, but they have a knack for jumping from something I'm not into at all into a track that blows me away, and the energy that they pull out of the crowd has always impressed me.

To round out the night, we've got AME/BBB/Subbass brother MC/DJ Phillie B on mic duties, as well as joining me on opening duties for our duo act Frodo Taggins. Not even getting into the fun that we have on the decks together, if you've never caught an MC performance from Phillie, you're in for a massive treat because he will make sure you're energized from start to finish!!

So excited to curate this night featuring so many talented artists and amazing humans!! Event page will be up this weekend!

first set to emerge from Still Humanoid 420 is from Zinda Laash. This set has such subtle mixing of the synths it captivated everyone there!

been working on a new set for the spring here,, debut is tonight at Cardinal bar playing after a couple of homies Sloth Brigade, Spectre, and Certified Scruffian .

5 dollar cover.. lazers and a Star Trek theme… Fun will be in effect . they've ever seen anything like this!
