Just thought it would be fun to see one of the most famous cellists of our time (Yo Yo Ma) with one of the most famous cellos of all time (the Strad Davidov, also played by Jacqueline du Pre).

Did you know that Yo Yo Ma was borrowing it early in his career, but his benefactor died? He was offered the chance to buy it at a "good" price, but didn't want to have to play a grueling concert schedule for 10 or more years to pay it off, so turned down the opportunity, somewhat sadly handing it to its rightful owner at the time. Someone else bought it and lent it right back to him, wanting a truly wonderful player to play it and keep it sounding its best. (Learned from the book Stradivari's Genius, by Tony Faber.)
