March and April Availability.

Weekdays are $150 and weekends Fri/Saturday/Sundays are $300. $100 separate deposit for incidentals, it will be refunded to you after it is cleaned up and undamaged. Ask about glow party(black light) specials. Rentals are for 6 hours, party setup, party, and cleanup must fall within the six. If you’re needing longer, we’re flexible, just ask! Includes: 58” mobile TV, 8, 8’ long tables, 50 white chairs, full kitchen (oven/micro, coffee pot, fridge), and clean up supplies also provided for cleanup. Occupancy is 50.
The $100 incidental deposit is also used to reserve date.
