After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close Boudreaux’s Boiling Shack. Our priority has always been our family, especially our girls, who are growing up so fast. We want to be there for every moment and every opportunity to support their weekend extracurricular activities. We will cherish the memories we've created with you, our wonderful customers, and the relationships we've built along the way. In this journey, we could never forget to mention our incredible high school workers. They have been the backbone of our operations, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and laughter to our business. Their dedication and hard work have made a profound impact, and we are immensely grateful for their contributions. Once again, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude for your support and understanding. It has been an incredible journey, and we are grateful for the opportunity to serve you.

We want to thank everyone that came out last night. The turnout was amazing!! We are also very sorry that we ran out of crawfish so early, but we have a larger supply coming in today. To reduce wait times and to expedite service, we will only be taking walk up orders today. You can still order ice chest specials online, but please no phone orders.

POP-UP EVENT! We will be boiling at Magnolia Ridge off 1488 this Saturday (February 11th) from 5-8pm. We will have our amazing boiled shrimp and snow crab plus all the sides. Crawfish will not be served at this event. The shack will be parked off of the Magnolia Ridge Blvd roundabout and we can't wait to see everyone again!!

Happy New Year!! With the 2023 crawfish season about to kick-off, we wanted to keep everyone informed of our plans. Due to popular interest over the past couple of seasons for private parties and events, we have decided that we will no longer have a permanent location. We have begun scheduling and booking both public and private events for 2023. We will be scheduling breweries, neighborhood events, festivals, graduation parties, and various other events. We will offer a wide range of options to meet everyone’s individual needs. Our full boiled menu will be available featuring crawfish, EZ peel shrimp, snow crab, corn, sausage, potatoes, and dipping sauces. Thank you for supporting our family business.
