A signed contract along with 50% of the charge is due as a non-refundable, non-transferable retainer to reserve the time and date of services. An event is not considered confirmed until the contract is duly signed, and the deposit is received. The balance will be due 30 days before the event date. THE PROCESS
Initial Phone Consultation– During our initial consultation, you will provide me with det
ails that are important to you for your event. We will discuss themes, colors, type of vendors needed, how to best allocate the budget based on your preferences, and our expert advice, as well as other important details so that we can begin the planning and design process to create your custom signature event. Site Visit – During this visit, I will photograph the event space, observe the space/room layout, and take specific needed measurements. Inspiration and Party Design – During this phase, I will research and plan the event design based on our initial phone consultation and site visit.
