Initial Phone Consultation– During our initial consultation, you will provide me with details that are important to you for your event. We will discuss themes, colors, type of vendors needed, how to best allocate the budget based on your preferences, and our expert advice, as well as other important details so that we can begin the planning and design process to create your custom signature event. Site Visit – During this visit, I will photograph the event space, observe the space/room layout, and take specific needed measurements. Inspiration and Party Design – During this phase, I will research and plan the event design based on our initial phone consultation and site visit. I will provide you with options pertaining to all aspects of your event. My goal is to plan a party for you that will be pleasantly remembered for years to come. A &Y Event Kreationz, LLC.
