Let's create memories that last a lifetime! A & Y Event Kreationz, LLC. prides itself on top quality events and attention to detail. A signed contract along with 50% of the charge is due as a non-refundable, non-transferable retainer to reserve the time and date of services. An event is not considered confirmed until the contract is duly signed, and the deposit is received. The balance will be due

30 days before the event date. THE PROCESS
Initial Phone Consultation– During our initial consultation, you will provide me with details that are important to you for your event. We will discuss themes, colors, type of vendors needed, how to best allocate the budget based on your preferences, and our expert advice, as well as other important details so that we can begin the planning and design process to create your custom signature event. Site Visit – During this visit, I will photograph the event space, observe the space/room layout, and take specific needed measurements. Inspiration and Party Design – During this phase, I will research and plan the event design based on our initial phone consultation and site visit. I will provide you with options pertaining to all aspects of your event. My goal is to plan a party for you that will be pleasantly remembered for years to come. A &Y Event Kreationz, LLC. Wedding/Event Planning Package
· Initial Phone Consultation

· Site Visit (one in-person site visit)

· Event design

· Budget allocation/analysis and record-keeping of all financials regarding your event as well as payment reminders

· Invitation coordination

· Vendor research and referrals including rental items, entertainment, cake, photography, bartenders, DJs, props, and etc.

· Vendor coordination and communication

· Design of all table settings and seating

· Design of custom cake and themed desserts

· Dessert table design

· Coordination of paper products including banners, backdrops, signage, favor tags, and etc.

· Favor and/or gift bag design and assembly

· Oversee event décor and set up on the event date

Why I Started A & Y Birthday Blessings

One day, while driving to work, I had a moment of reflection. I thought about my business, A & Y Event Kreationz, LLC, and how, despite years of experience and a strong passion for event planning, I wasn’t making the progress I wanted in such a competitive market. Delaware is a small state, yet it’s filled with event planners, designers, and rental companies, making it challenging to stand out.

But then, I realized something—I have a gift. The ability to create beautiful, memorable events isn’t just a skill; it’s something I’ve been blessed with. And if I wasn’t using that gift to its fullest potential, why not use it to bless others? That’s when the idea for A & Y Birthday Blessings was born.

I wanted to give children, especially those facing financial hardship, the joy of celebrating their birthdays—something that many families struggling with job loss, transitional housing, or shelter life may not be able to provide. Every child deserves to feel special on their birthday, to blow out candles, to be surrounded by love and celebration, no matter their circumstances.

Through A & Y Birthday Blessings, I offer different ways to make this possible. Whether it’s a “Birthday-in-a-Box” filled with decorations, cake, and a small gift for families to celebrate on their own, group birthday parties in partnership with shelters and organizations, or individual celebrations where I personally bring the magic of a birthday to a deserving child, my goal is simple—to create moments of joy, even in difficult times.

I didn’t want my talents to sit idle. I wanted to gift my expertise to those who need it most. A & Y Birthday Blessings is more than just an initiative—it’s my way of giving back, one birthday at a time.

A & Y Event Kreationz, LLC is excited to launch A & Y Birthday Blessings, a heartfelt community initiative providing FREE birthday celebrations for children ages 3-12 who are experiencing financial hardship, homelessness, or foster care situations. Every child deserves to feel special on their big day, and we’re here to make that happen!

🌟 What We Offer:
🎂 Personalized Birthday Celebrations – Themed decorations, cake, and a special gift!
🎉 Group Birthday Parties – Partnering with shelters and organizations to celebrate multiple children together.
🎁 Birthday-In-A-Box – A party kit with decorations, a small cake, and a gift for families to celebrate at home.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Household income must be below federal poverty guidelines or receiving government assistance (SNAP, WIC, Medicaid, TANF, Free/Reduced Lunch).
✔️ The child must be between 3-12 years old at the time of the birthday.
✔️ Priority will be given to children who are homeless, in foster care, or facing financial hardship.
✔️ One party per family per year (Families must wait two years before reapplying).
