Flora Design Studio grew from a seed that was planted 20 years ago and has blossomed into a unique specialty business. We serve the needs of discerning bridal and special event clients as well as beautiful and unique creations for everyday occasions. Flora owner and chief designer Julie Odum ICPF, ISFA is an Illinois Certified Professional Florist and proud member of the Illinois State Florist Ass

ociation. Julie's professional path started after receiving her BFA in Fine Art from the University of Illinois. Her artistic training, understanding of color, composition, design, love of flowers and horticulture led her to the creative process of the floral arts. Julie takes great pleasure and pride in combining her love of design and flowers to create artful and unique floral arrangements that excite the senses and celebrate the people they represent.

Hi Friends,
We are shifting our focus here at Flora Design Studio and have made the decision to no longer provide dance flowers. This is a hard decision but many of you know we've personally had a very difficult year. The time away from the shop has allowed us a period of reflection on what works and doesn't work best for us. As we transition into our new direction, we ask for your patience and understanding. We look forward to continuing to provide our community with great service and beautiful flowers. John's planters are ready! Just like our mothers, each one is unique. Don't give her a puny plant in a plastic pot this year. Our partners at Country Arbors have grown some amazing flowers. New designs will be available each day this week.

We have exciting news here at Flora! We are launching our locally-grown bouquet program. Receive fresh flowers weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
