From my niece's wedding in October until today, it has been busy. So much food and various new adventures. Smoked salt, candied orange slices, candied orange peel, orange simple syrup, different methods of making sourdough bread, dried orange slices for various purposes including my beautiful wreath for the front door, sanding down and refinishing a dresser for our upcoming bathroom remodel, visiting my son in Connecticut and going to Rhode Island ( checking another state off my bucket list)...the list goes on. Praying all of you have a wonderful and safe New Year's!

Today I tackled making a big batch of salsa. Will be canning most of it. This is a new adventure for me so we'll see how...
