Set-Up Fee: $15.00
Outer Envelope (up to 4 lines): $2.00/each
Inner Envelope (up to 2 lines): $0.75/each
Return Address (up to 2 lines): $0.75/each

Additional lines: $0.75 extra

Table Place Cards: $1.00/each

Prices shown are for basic black or blue/black ink. Colored/Lined Envelopes: $1.00 extra per envelope
