We are back to our roots!! Come join us for a Welcome Home Celebration 12 to 8pm today at Unified Beerworks. Smoked half chickens, brisket, pulled pork, Colorado Chili with rice and beans, burnt ends nachos with beer cheese, and more!! Great beer and live music to boot!!

Risk it for the brisket this week!! 4pm to 7pm wed thru friday and 12 noon to 7pm Saturday. Brisket and garlic mash bowl with stout gravy, smoked brisket hoagie with sharp provolone and horsey sauce! Smoked french dip coming soon! I smoked 5 whole briskets this week.

Its January but aint no shame in our game!! No half ass full boar!! Get a taste of summer in the winter. Smokin' the Good Stuff will be live at Unified Beerworks Friday the 7th from 3pm to 8pm and Saturday the 8th from 12 noon to to 8pm. All the favorites- pulled pork Cubans, Brisket mac and cheese, burnt ends nachos, smoky Vietnamese sticky chicken, and more!!! Its a warm day for January and I am the one who has to stand in the cold!!! Come and see us!!!
