We invite you to join the 'Yes She Can' Art Exhibition/Fundraiser in honor of NDEAM: National Disability Employment Awareness Month!

For more context on 'Yes She Can', this 501c3 is dedicated to helping young women with autism and related disabilities develop transferable job skills and workplace social skills through authentic work experience.

Specifically, Our talented student, Lorena, works at the Girl AGain boutique, where she and the staff sort, clean and prepare gently-used American Girl merchandise, price it, and display it in their shop.

The lovely evening will take place on October 29th from 6-9pm at the Westchester Children's Museum in Rye. Light refreshments will be provided.

Lorena will be performing the piano as guests are arriving, and she will also have a solo performance in the middle of the evening during the presentations. She will be joined by the work of several artists on the Autism Spectrum or with other learning differences who work in different styles, ranging from textile design, to sophisticated "doodles".
