A-Z Meats in Stafford is an A+ butcher shop to say the least. If you find a butcher with better customer service I'll cater your next event free lol. Prices, selection, customer service, all top notch. Just wish they were located next to my house though that could be dangerous 🤣🤣. If you've never been I highly suggest you check them out
130lb pig, smoked 11 hours, 70 happy people and it all started with A-Z Meats!
I would like to sincerely thank Holiday Harbor RV Park & Marina for allowing me to cook a 130lb whole hog from A-Z Meats for an event. The weather was amazing, great food, great people. Look forward to another event in the future for sure!

Now that things have settled down. I wanted to thank everyone who came out last weekend and enjoyed our BBQ. We first want to thank the American Legion for the opportunity to share our food with everyone. Additionally, came out to give us a try and we were excited to hear his review. We talked food, he brought us some of his sauce, and overall had an amazing time. I can say for certain that Chef Big D is a pleasure to talk to and I am personally excited for things he has coming out in the near future.
To be able to cook for someone you look up to and is such an inspiration in the culinary world is an absolutely amazing feeling. Hopefully this wasnt the last time he comes out!

Dan and Don will be back at the American Legion at 9950 Cockrell rd in manassas from 1-6 again. You all rocked last month so we will have even more food this month. Don is also doing his smoked pastrami.

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out yesterday for our debut at the Manassas American Legion! We definitely did not predict the amount of food needed but we will be back 3/26 with more as well as adding a few other menu items that were tossed out there yesterday.
Any additional menu items you want to see for next time?
Any bulk meat orders? I know we had to turn a few people away from full rib racks because we just didn't have enough but can plan for next time!
Overall feedback is welcomed for taste, portion size, price, value etc! We need you to help us get better tuned into our crowds.
Again a huge thank you to the American Legion, a special thanks to Donna, and all of you that made yesterday absolutely awesome!
